cup Mina Spicy Harissa

teaspoon Dijon mustard

slices Havarti cheese

Preparation

Step 1
In a bowl, mix ground lamb, onion, cilantro, parsley, cumin, paprika, and salt and pepper. Mold four burger patties.

Prepare the special sauce: combine harissa, mayonnaise, ketchup, and Dijon mustard; mix well.

In a pan or griddle on medium to high heat, cook burger patties 3 minutes on one side, then 2 minutes on the other. Add sliced Havarti to the second side and cook for an additional minute, or until desired doneness.

While burgers are cooking, lightly toast buns.

Prepare buns by generously spreading special sauce on both sides. Place burger patties on the bottom bun and top with sliced tomato and onion. Serve with extra special sauce. Enjoy!
