Tropical Shrimp Ceviche

Ingredients

    lb shrimp, peeled and deveined, cooked, and cut into pieces

  • 1

    mango, cubed

  • 1

    avocado, cubed

  • ½

    cup finely chopped red onion

  • ½

    cup finely chopped cilantro

  • ¼

    cup Mina Green Harissa

  • 2

    tablespoons Mina extra-virgin olive oil

  • Juice of two limes

  • Tortillas chips

  • Lime wedges

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Preparation

  • Step 1

    In a large bowl, add shrimp, mango, avocado, onion, cilantro, green harissa, lime juice, olive oil, and salt and pepper. Lightly mix.  

  • Step 2

    Serve with tortillas chips and lime wedges. Enjoy!
