Grown in Morocco, our authentic dry-cured black beldi olives are prepared the way they have been for centuries: carefully hand-picked at peak ripeness, simply cured in sea salt for three months, then lightly coated with olive oil. The result is a rich and intense olive that faithfully reflects Morocco’s culinary heritage. Use these deliciously bold-flavored olives in salads, drizzled with olive oil, mixed with harissa, or simply enjoy straight out of the jar.

Very different, so so yummy!

Sun cured, like dry and yet soft and excellent flavor.

Rancid

This brand lists olive oil on the jar, and yet tastes rancid, which is virtually impossible with real olive oil. Even soaking them in hot water to get rid of the germs and some of the salt will not reduce the off-flavor. Humorously, another brand (Sanniti) lists safflower oil on their jar but tastes fresh. Of course, this means the important ingredient is respect for one's customers. I grasp that companies are cutting corners now, but a bad product means I can't come back anymore.

It’s fine. Not great.

A littie snack. It’s not as tasty as cheaper brands and still so tiny.

Just what I wanted

Package arrived in perfect condition. I first tried this brand at Walmart when it was on a close out sale. These taste exactly the same. These are salty and bitter and definitely not for everyone. But I love them.
