Shara is the green tea traditionally used in Moroccan tea ceremonies; its name refers to the shape of the delicately rolled green tea leaves. Naturally lower in caffeine than darker teas, Shara has a light and clean flavor that complements mint perfectly. To best enjoy, place two tablespoons of Shara loose tea, a handful of fresh mint leaves, and sugar to taste in a teapot. Add filtered boiling water and steep for three minutes. Pour into tea glasses and enjoy an authentic taste of Morocco.

Really fine green tea

Great quality organic loose leaf green tea. I use it all the time to make Moroccan mint tea at home. Tastes just like the mint tea we had in Morocco. All we had to do was add fresh mint. Great packaging.
