pita breads or 1 large bag of pita chips

ounces hummus

cup Mina Harissa (Mild or Spicy)

cup chopped red onion

cup halved cherry tomatoes

cup Mina pitted green olives

cup sliced pepperoncini peppers

cup crumbled feta cheese

cup Mina extra-virgin olive oil

cup chopped parsley

Salt and black pepper, to taste
Preparation

Step 1
If preparing homemade pita chips, cut pita bread into wedges and place in a large bowl. Toss with olive oil until evenly coated and lightly salt. Arrange on baking sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 5 to 7 minutes, or until golden brown; be careful not to burn. Let cool.

Step 2
Place hummus in the center of a large serving platter and arrange pita chips around the hummus. Evenly top pita chips with harissa, onion, cherry tomatoes, olives, pepperoncini, and feta.

Finish with chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Enjoy!
