INTERESTING TWIST TO A PEPPER SAUCE

I've had both the mild and spicy sauce of this brand of harissa sauce. The spicy one has a bit too much heat for me, although also a delicious pepper taste. I prefer the mild. You still get the taste of the peppers and Morrocan spices but without the added heat of the hotter peppers.

Great for Marination

Used 3 tablespoons of The Mild Harissa sauce to marinate 2.5 lb of chicken thigs and refrigerated the mix overnight. Cooked it the following day with some green bell peppers and onions. It came out great, did not require anything else to be added, and really enhanced the taste of the chicken.

Bought this to make shakshouka and it is tasty! It has excellent flavor. I'm not big on spicy stuff, but just like a little kick. This was perfect! I added just a little, but if you want spicier just add more!

Simply the best Harissa!

I've been using Mina to create a quick and crazy delicious Moroccan chicken recipe for years. It is very authentic and does not impart any flavors of a commercially processed sauce base. It is well balanced and can be toned down if you are new to the spices, but I've never had a single guest complain that it was too spicy. Everyone loves it! If you're in a hurry, poor over a rotisserie chicken and a few grilled carrots and potatos in the crockpot and
