Preserved Lemons

Amazing!!

The jar was leaking when it arrived. Amazon disclaimed responsibility. When I contacted Mina, they offered to replace it. When I explained that I needed the lemons for a recipe I was preparing the next day, Mina arranged overnight delivery. As far as I could tell, the lemons were fine. The service was outstanding.

Update from my previous review in which the the jar was literally open and hid spilled everywhere inside the box upon arrival. The vendor kindly replaced the jar I couldn't use, and the the quality of the product is excellent. If you need some preserved lemons, this is a good choice.

There is nothing to dislike. I add it to salad dressings and like the taste it adds.

I needed preserved lemons for a recipe, these were delivered so fast and they were perfect.

Love this product, but it arrived broken

I wanted to make tagine like I had years ago in Morocco. These and a good recipe made that happen. Yum!

After finding out about Preserved Lemons I have tried them in several recipes. I sautéed them with some seafood, mixed them in with red lentils, and most recently I made a Preserved Lemon Tea Cake. The flavor is powerful and complex. I really like it a lot.

I very much appreciated that when I received the jar of preserved lemons and reported that it had leaked, Mina sent a new jar in a timely manner and it arrived in good shape. Thank you!

It was completly oxidized, the liquid was dark brown and the lemons also.
